Well I am 12 days in on my low carb eating and it is going really well hasn't been hard for me ,i am really making an effort to change my eating habits for good not just for a quick fix ,I have even found ways to satisfy my sweet tooth while keeping my carb count low...I cannot wait to weigh in this week ,I have also stuck to walking for one hour a day at 4.0 mph for a total burn of 400 calories a day .I hope that I can keep it up cause I'm am so sick of being fat
