Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well Boitumelo, an occasional ice cream is okay. Don't be too hard on yourself...Losing weight isnt easy,its a long process...I think you should try to find alternative ways of dealing with those emotions whether its exercise, speaking to someone, knitting or find a new hobby...Ziensie is so right about the rush you get from exercising.All the best hun and know you can do it! we are here for you:-)
