I was illin'(baaaad head cold) yesterday, but ran and walked over 7 miles. This was kinda dumb as I really needed to let the ol bod heal up. I was comissorating (I know that is not spelled right!) with another member about balance. Well, I am getting a tad compulsive about the exercise thing, but Ill try to reign it in. Its just easy to rationalize in this maner: Its good for me, so how can it be bad? Iv always got a lot of energy and I dont sit still well. I am taking a day off from push ups and abs today. I will probably just do a little neighborhood walk with my son tonight after dinner...nice and low key. Anyone else out there seeking balance?
