Shocked right now! I'd expected to have gained at least a few pounds while being in Mexico for the last 10 days. Not tracking calories or being able to weigh myself for that long would normally throw me so far off track, giving up would be the easiest thing to do. But a small drop is more than enough to keep me motivated! Guessing it was because it was a mission trip with lots of activity and not a vacation. PTL! 🙌
