Day 2 of The 17 Day Diet. Doing okay so far. A loss of 1.4 lbs. this morning. I hope it continues. It's really hard without the starches, my wheat toast for breakfast, etc. but I'm going to try and stick to it.
I started reading on the second 17 days and I'm not sure about that it either. I understand alternating days but what is added in as a starch is different! Not sure I've had much of any of those choices. We'll see how I do. No need to panic yet. I've got to make it through the first cycle which will consist of 2 times of dining out this coming weekend. That's what is hard.
