Was camping in the mountains for the past 5 days. No tracking anything. Was scared to step on scale this morning but was pleasantly surprised. I think the break in working out also helps with inflammation and causes a little drop as well. I guess taking a week off once a year is a good thing.
50.2 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
