Been a lazy day today. Pottered around the flat. Watched a bit of rubbish on the TV. Have eaten healthy. Have cut down slathering margarine on bread and jacket potatoes, halved my intake of Marmite on toast (I love Marmite) because it's too salty. Am determined to be kinder to my heart going forwards ... even though I know I've already slightly damaged it 😒
