forget the gain...don't beat yourself up look forward make 3 interesting meals. I try eat what I love I watch my macros carefully and always choose low calorie swops..for example I stopped having mayonnaise and stopped it for cottage cheese...good luck you can do this

Don't forget that your weight is simply the gravitational pull on your body a the given time you step on a scale and ALLL SCALES are different. And crazy. :)
