I just can't seem to find any motivation this week! I want to sit on my arse and eat crap!! I went to a seminar on nutrition last week by Darren Ellis and it was really good, nothing ground breaking but good sound advice but since Tuesday I have just had no will power past lunch, I'm still going to crossfit and thank god for lent lucky I gave up baked goods or it might have been worse but I'm struggling to find the place where the sugar monster doesn't body snatch me. Arghhhh need a systems reset on the bright side a lady from the gym is going to my measurements for me next week, I need to get back to slaying those dragons x

I couldn't have lost the weight without doing Atkins, the cravings would have sabotaged everything. Like the movie, "Requiem for a Dream" where the mother is so hungry she hallucinates the refrigerator is attacking her.
