I'm really curious about nato!?  

Is it sold near you? 

No, from time to time it can be ordered online, very high price I better figure out when to visit Japan:))) 

I see Please try this challenge when you come to Japan. 

I like watching Kimono Mom on YouTube and she made something very interesting 🤔 with nato, raw egg whites, umami sauce. Garnished with ocra, chilli sauce, green onions, and avocado. For me, it's out of my world and comfort zone:))))
