Well, my weight loss has slowed a little, but that's totally ok with me. If i can lose .5-1 lb a week, i'll be just fine...i have until May to reach my goal. The hubs has slo lost 13 lbs at this point -so kudos to both of us for sticking to the diet. We scheduled a 'eat all the things' day for Valentine's Day, and then we will be 80% LCHF,and 20% of our meals will be higher carb if we want them to be (but not high carb, just higher than we have been -like sushi rolls with rice, or a burger and fries and a glass of wine every now and then). I've been eating a few more carbs this past week (still trying to keep it under 50 net carbs)-and that small difference sure makes working out easier. Also made a lunar new year's feast for friends, and so had a few more carbs to celebrate Chinese New Year (but successfully resisted making/eating dumplings, so kudos to me). :) Will be watching my weight and food intake like a hawk after Valentine's Day, and if i start gaining (or plateau) then I'll know 80/20 should be more like 90/10 and will adjust :)
