Back from the funeral. People do not understand what grains are - it really is quite astonishing.
It is interesting eating away from home. I think I did ok, though endless bell peppers got rather dull, it's an odd time of year for raw food. At least I was able to buy cheese and avocados while travelling. I think I put weight on, I will wait for a day or two for my insides to settle before I step on the scales..... there is for sure inflammation there and probably associated water weight.
Good to be home and back to normal, though I am out of mushrooms - feels very odd to try and get a meal together without mushrooms.
