Post Super Bowl with 2 pcs. Key Lime pie....yummy yummy! but I am not going to be so restrictive I can't enjoy an occasional treat. I can now wear a REG suze 14 jeans ....a little snug...but these will ne a good gauge of weight /food intake. They are NOT Women's Stretch jeans! But my weight was up a couple of lbs...no hysreria..I just wanted to see where I stood because I have been a little more relaxed with mostly cornbread...not actually COUNTING CARBS...so this tells me I need to re-start counting and stay close to Induction 20 to see if I ban pull off that last 10-15 lbs. Rob says he can tell my legs look thinner in my new jeans !, and my souffle has become a different muffin top... Just gotta keep working on it...
