Looks like I may have finally dropped 2 lbs. Looked back at my journal and it appears I get really aggravated and discouraged if I don't see a drop each week. But, hey....nothing for month? Feel better now.
Getting of the resp. infection. Didn't get to go to the beach considering my friends mom died in NY unexpectedly. Bless her heart. My hubby is taking me on a semi small overnight stay at a casino tomorrow. So, that's okay. The older I get the less I expect on my birthdays anyway!! Just wish they'd stop coming.
