Getting fitter. Just done a 25 minute, fairly high-intensity workout, and didn't feel as though I were dying, this time around, although it was certainly challenging. Weight was up a few lbs the last time I checked, yet my bodyfat is clearly lower, so I guess it's either muscle or some other body thing. I'll weigh in again at a later date. I feel like I'm on track, though.
Programme, or whatever you call it, is currently:
50s jogging on the spot, 30s jumping jacks, 30s jogging on the spot, 30s high knees, 30s jogging on the spot, 30s half burpees, 50s REST x7
I managed 6 rounds today. It's about 4.1 minutes per round. When I get fitter, I might lower the end rest, make the exercises 35 or 40s instead, or simply add more exercises.
