Still haven't started, still haven't smoked but I am getting sick so I upped my vitamin c intake last night and this morning hopefully I can get over this soon.
I am drinking coffee this morning and I have not had coffee in MONTHS or sausage biscuit but I really just feel terrible and I am hoping that this will help me feel a little better. I need to stay away from the fast food but this last week it has been really tough. I don't know if what the deal is I was getting pretty good about cooking and stuff. grrr I will do better soon.
