My wife is working an extra shift this evening so I will have to feed myself. As a result I have elected to have another fasting day, with a late breakfast and a "ding" for dinner (Sweet and Sour Chicken). So this week, instead of 5:2 it will be 4:3. Hopefully I will recover the ground I lost yesterday.

Turned out not to be a fasting day, but at least I returned less than my RDI. I had my late breakfast and "ding", but I had a big bowl of cereal, to finish off the All Bran in the box, and later had crisps and four pieces of Turkish Delight!
