So after 8 days of not considering what I was eating (as much as I had planned to do that), I have gained... I'm not recording my weight until Sunday, but I did look at what the scale said... 282... up 10 pounds! That's insane! I'm hoping getting back on track right away will get rid of some of the water weight, and get me back on track!
Vacation was good, Whistler was awesome and Vancouver was okay, ultimately dinner with family was the best! I will have to work on pulling a new picture for my profile picture, but given that I have gained 10 pounds, it shouldn't look too much different.
