Still losing...my ketostix have good indications for continued success.
I've been cooking for the week: tahini chicken thighs, lemon coleslaw, and almond flour muffins. I cooked some cauliflower, too...maybe make mockaroni and cheese?
DH did the shopping today and got some good cuts of meat. In the evening, we always eat simply: meat and veg and go to bed early because I get up at 0345 to get to work by 0500.
GOod weekend. Leveled up some toon in Wildstar and did some reading; "Grain Brain" by Permutter has got me thinking about all the good my low carb diet is doing me.
And vacation coming up in a couple of weeks...so many good things ahead.
