Past the halfway mark of the year. Are you guys accomplishing some of your fitness goals?

My only goal for this year was to lose weight. Kinda wished I set strength goals.

But my attitude for the year has been to say yes to anything fitness related.
My gym partner has convinced me to do swimming earlier in the year. But it got cold. She convinced me to do the 5k park run. We did 2 so far. I hate running. I’ve given myself permission to talk as much shit as I want. As long as I finish it.
Maybe one day I’ll actually like it. Probably not.
