Looks delicious! Question: Do you brine your chops before cooking? If I don’t brine my chops, they turn out so dry. What’s your secret? 🤫

I usually do brine chops HRNan but forgot to do these. Brines includes salt, granulated garlic & onion, hot sauce plus liquid where the liquid is whey, water or buttermilk. Sometimes sugar is added. Brine 4-24h or so. The key to moist chops is searing on all sides and finishing in a 250F oven until they are just barely medium. Overcooked pork is terrible. The second key is to buy better pork with more marbling. Pork is our favorite protein👍👍
