made a ton of my 'chili' the other night... 2 lbs ground and browned and drained chicken, 2 cans black soybean, 2 cans diced tomato, shelby's chili spice box (leave out salt pack and mesa).
I used red mill gluten flour instead as it's high protien, low carb, and a bit of sea salt (teaspoon or two for the whole crock)
tossed in a crock pot, set to 'low' and let it do it's magic...
result is better than I expected (all 5 pounds of it!)and should come to (per 1/2 cup): 6-8g carb, 17g fat and 31-34g protein.
easy food for days!
I am beginning to think I have this 'being single' and 'low carb' thing down...
