Guess I'm gonna have to change diet plans. I love Atkins but I'm NOT losing. I've been at the same weight for over a month. I'm following my plan 100%. I lost over 60 lbs on Atkins before but I was also working out 5 days a week and I'm not able to do that now. Starting to get really aggravated and disgusted.
Vacation got canceled this morning. Was going to the beach with friends for a few days and friends Mom got sick.
Going to casino today to gamble away my problems...lol

Smforte - Just took a quick look at your food diary - I don't claim to be an expert but this sure doesn't look anything like Atkins to me - simply not enough veggies, calories, etc. Your metabolism probably thinks it is in starvation mode. Please accept a well intended suggestion and get the book out and try again.

Was gonna say the same thing Buffy. With an incomplete food log hard to help out, but will say the same thing, not enough veggies or calories.

I agree with Buffy and Icy and have made some recommendations to you recently. Atkins does work, but if you aren't taking anyones advise we can't do anything else for you.

Thanks lady's....just saw this post. I stopped posting my food about 2 mths ago because the more I posted the more I obsessed. I know my Atkins plan like the palm of my hand and now I just do it. As of today I've lost 35 lbs, joined a gym a couple months ago and doing great. Just have my moments like anyone else.
