Analysing my weekly charts on here I can see my carbs are meant to be 20% and every week I can go back and look, they’re between 34-40%. It’s really time to be brutally honest with myself: This great new bakery opened up in my neighbourhood, it does the best organic sourdough bread, i buy it fresh for the kids, and I keep sneaking in slices of Fresh baked warm bread with butter. I guess that’s why the scales are going up not down. Time to start eliminating 😩
