Very happy with weight training, skipping for cardio and weight has hasn’t shifted in last fortnight. I’ve decided to drop my calories back to 1,300 and increasing my protein. 😎🤞😎
61.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
