well this is a upset for the month of June I have gained some weight and the scale just keeps going up ..
I fasted from noon yesterday until 3am today and still a gain on the scale and had less calories than I have been eating and carbs too, the only thing I can think of is that I am extremely bloated, oh I had way less sodium intake than I normally do too yesterday even tho I ate at Wendy's it was chicken nuggets and a few fries from my hubby's box but I did have a piece of toast with peanut butter and a little apple as snack.
Only thing I can think of is the water I'm drinking alot more water than normal and it is not coming back off me, plus the hormones as in June aunt flo did not show up and I was happy I didn't like seeing her anyway so all month I've been bloated since the day I was supposed to see her the 12th on so last 2 weeks for sure.
I know that it is more than likely the hormones and the water weight as my feet both of them are swollen a little bit around the ankle area for sure. which I was told after surgery that your knee and foot would swell up and maybe even swelling on your other foot and I never had any of that until the last 2 weeks I think because I am walking around more than before and without anything like a cane or walker since the 3rd week I have been doing good and now walking around more without the little bit of limp I had for couple weeks.
I even got to go see fireworks at our high school Friday night with my hubby and I hadn't been able to go see those in 7yrs.
Tomorrow Monday makes 8weeks after surgery and still doing good and physical therapy exercises I keep pushing myself but have been able to bend to 120 degree bend since 2nd week.
now to work more on building that muscle back up and walking around longer periods without anything to help me.
130.4 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Think it's swelling from trazadone to help me sleep I woke up at 290lb this morning and I'm not recording it and stopped the meds I'm swollen all over my body
