I woke up at 1:30pm after a night of not going to sleep until 3:30am!!!! I am sure it has nothing to do with my diet but geez....Last night I had all of my sisters over for dinner. They brought soda (which is one of my my challenges to avoid) and it called my name all during dinner. But I didn't have a drop. Now it is in the fridge and i think I will put it down the drain. I have found that even though I am still a night muncher (another challenge) I am still losing weight. Even though I only drank diet, I think it is working out ok. I have slacked off my exercise that i will remedy today.

When I started my diet I noticed my sleep pattern got messed up. I was so exhausted during the day (when I couldn't sleep) and was wide awake at night (when I had time to sleep). I think it happened because I was consuming less caffeine. Eventually everything normalized, kind of. Now, if I take a nap during the day (something I used to do) I probably won't be able to sleep at night.
