My ketones were lower than usual this morning so need to lighten up on something. I looked at yesterday's totals and didn't see something there, but I suspect the marinara sauce has more carbs in it than I think. I have it again to day for lunch so we'll see it that's it.
I could feel the difference when I woke up. SO that's interesting.
One of the effects of eating LCHF is that I'm sleeping way better.
