What is your go to when you’re craving something sweet?

Frozen fruit or dark chocolate

My weaknesses are chocolate, cookies, ice cream. But my go to to avoid those a little dried or fresh fruit or a tablespoon of almond or peanut butter. Those seem to help me

Oh, also I have a cup of herbal tea with honeyevery evening. That helps a lot too

I like 85-90% dark chocolate that has 5gms of carbs or less and has some protein, like 3 gm. I eat 2/3 of a serving or whatever falls withing these parameters and eat it slowly. If I am hungry still I eat protein. I never eat any carbs without protein. And I also like herbal teas.
