Had a huge breakfast of two eggs and some ham. I laugh because it is so filling, yet I used to eat this plus potatoes plus toast and jam on the weekends all the time.

The best part about LCHF is that I am never hungry.

I do notice my food issues popping up now and then with anxiety about having food with me "in case." I think this stems from my old "low calorie" days when I would get ravenously hungry and my blood sugar would be all over the place. I don't have blood sugar issues any more and I am getting plenty to eat so I'm going to work on that anxiety.

Tonight played some Wildstar and Blade and Soul. Created a new toon on B&S on a different server so I can play with my nephew. Starting over can be fun...or not. :D

Work was slow today but took advantage of it by studying for my certification exam and doing some reading.
