Really have not got my head around diet yet, this time around. Exercise has been hard really getting motivated for. Past 3 days I’ve been steady on a daily 40 minute workout - so hoping to keep going every morning - struggles with mental health after a grieving process — but getting better. Think I have finally learned that one must surrender, to overcome.
