it's so hard to keep on track when it's cold out. I read this book that says the weight gets harder as you age. I'm 31 and I know I can't eat like I'm in my 2os. but as I'm 30 I hate to see how little I can eat in my 40s and 50s etc

Closing in on 50 and I feel like I have to weigh ten pounds less every ten years just to keep the same clothing size. Stupid gravity.
