I'm losing a consistent two pounds a week following a LCHF plan. I feel great so I know I'm finally on the right track.

I never knew what "stop eating when you are full" meant because I WAS NEVER FULL on mainstream diets. I now know that even a few carbs over my goal spirals into a craving frenzy and it doesn't stop until I cram some sugar into the beast.

Even my low carb desserts made without flour and sugar do not "tempt" me. I never hear them calling. I can have a part of a piece of my LCHF cheesecake and I'm perfectly happy. I eat for the taste, not to feed that feeling of raging hunger.
