SO I didn't eat breakfast this morning so ended up with a 24 hour fast...it wasn't hard at all and I wasn't hungry either.
I've been on LCHF for almost three weeks now and the flu-ish symptoms are gone. I'm lightheaded when I bend over so my blood pressure must be lower. My keto stix are consistently positive, so that seems to be OK.
Looks like I might be making the metobolic turn, so to speak and becoming a ketone (fat) burner. I won't miss the roller coaster of glucose feeding at all.
