Crazy to know I have been using this site for a little over 10 years now. I am hoping to start getting back to lifting weights and help build muscle especially since I am getting older and I actually enjoy eating lol. I plan to take measurements again tomorrow because I had jotted them down a few days ago to check my size for a pattern I wanted to print to sew and apparently one of my kids did something with it. I shouldn't have left it out I suppose. Here is too hopefully developing a new habit of lifting weights!
