I just put a batch of delicious almond flour muffins in the oven. My hubs loves these and they are a great morning nosh. Filling and substantial, one keeps me going until lunch.
The hubs made a beautiful soup for dinner tonight and I am not hungry at all. SO I didn't eat! Yay! I feel totally confident that I won't starve overnight.
That's the great part of LCHF...I'm never hungry. That is worth everything to me.
