Today was a good day because I was sooo tempted to get a soda at McDonalds and I got iced tea with lemonade instead. (Arnold Palmer) I did take a nap this pm. I exercised 35 on the treadmill today and burned 200 calories. I am not really hungry today.

For my diet, I want to learn that no food is forbidden but do not go overboard. Little bites of sweets can be enough. I have to watch my intake of protein for physical reasons but writing it down is wonderful.

My goal is one pound a week and especially keep up with the exercise! When you are over 50, that becomes even more important. Thanks for the support I have gotten so far!

Was it unsweetened tea? Just asking because I work at McD's and it's sickening how much sugar they actually put in the sweet tea. So fair warning; beware! But I learned to know how to eat at work and still be healthy when I work 8 hour shifts full time hell I'll eat there everything. It's just how you eat I guess. Not what you eat and I think your on a good road once you see that and I'm glad you do! Best of luck!
