Yay today makes 1 year with fat secret and all you guys and during that year I have lost 69.8 lb as of today. still working on getting another 50lb off me !!

128.5 kg Lost so far: 31.7 kg. Still to go: 28.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
