Lower left side kidney stone pain day before yesterday, in the early morning, was still subtle. Got noticeably worse so 7:10am I took 2g Niu Xi herb concentrate & 12g ginger juice. 7:34am, still have pain, while eating breakfast. Then 12:40pm more pain so took 2g more Niu Zi, and 8 Li Shui Pai Shi Pian (Stonepass™) pills, sipping slowly, spaced out over 20 min. Since it’s getting worse after first improving, but lingering. then 2:30pm another dose of both. Pain better but still lingering a little. Holding off on proper lunch (but earlier had 2 eggs & salsa, too salty.) Pain gone by 4 p.m. :) but pain back by 6:30pm. so taking a 4th dose of both. Worried I'll have to go to emergency again in the middle of the night. However, that didn't happen, Next morning only slight kidney stone pain. But it lingered all day. Thank heaven for these chinese herbs! I'd rather not go through a full episode, did that 6 years ago, three times. (I have 7 more kidney stone, one or two are on the way to the bladder, so I periodically get the first signs of kidney stone pains. and NOW I know how to deal with it. I've had years of practice. and already passed three.) :)
