Morning shock - weight on overnight in one go. what did I do?! 😭 nothing changed, all usual... except slipped on and had food after 8pm.. and despite regular low calorific intake weight rocketed. 🤬 ok, lesson learned but so so disappointing 😞
96.9 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 36.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
