Didn’t actually gain weight. I burned more than I ate. Just serious water retention folks. Ugh. So annoying. And it lasts a couple days. Great. But we got this! 👍 Any tips on how to prevent future occurrences of water retention would be amazing!

I wouldn't worry about it but carbs will hold water in your muscle, and salt would hold excess water subcutaneously
