i feel good after i reevaluate my diet and made the changes. i eat 5-6 meals a day every three hours. when i eat i feel full. and i feel like i can do this. the only thing is i have only lost one lb this week. my room mate said he has noticed a change but i dont see it. tomorrow is my weigh in day. hoping to see another lb gone. this week i incress my excercise to 30min and and i need to push my self. i love that my roommate is my support system and he encourages me to keep going. i also want to say thank you to you all for the support and advice. its nice to have you all as a support system also.
