1kg UP in 2 days 🫡 I was expecting a little increase because I shared a thin based pizza on Friday night, it was unexpected and it blew my calorie budget by 500 calories, but I DIDN'T expect a whole KILOGRAM gain 😡 If only my body lost, like it gained...

I hope so, but the pizza was Friday night and yesterday calories and activity were on track - yet the scale showed a jumped of a kilogram. Let's see what tomorrow holds 👀
