Road Trip--We went to Ky week b4 last and Chattanooga this wknd so I know we went out to eat too much. Weighing is how I can keep an eye on this. I have stopped my Nutrisystem and going to use my last order as part of my maintenance as I ease into "real life". But I started making bread and I love it but I have to measure the weight. Salads are good but have to measure the Ranch drsg!! Have thrown out all my big jeans. I can easily wear a 14 now and some Medium blouses😁😊😉. But HAVE to keep my eye on the prize. I am seriously thinking of getting all this flab removed after the 1st if the year and, hopefully, the Covid has calmed down....and maybe I can drop to 169-170.
