Did not want to exercise today. I sat in the parking lot of the gym and tried to talk myself out of going in. I made it but, after 20 min. I wanted to stop.... after 45 min., I wanted to stop..I finished my 60 min. and am glad I did. Some days are harder than others. I thank Sunny CA for her encourgment today. I really needed support today!
