I had my baby in June 2023. I have been breastfeeding exclusively for the most part. Now I wish to start getting back on my health journey slowly. From June will start calculating calorie intake and work out exercises routine
88 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 26 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
