Its a good morning. Proud of myself for keeping to my daily cal. intake yesterday. Not happy about the fat numbers but I will be careful and find more protien foods today. Im really thankful, Fatsecrect, for providing this site for us. I don't feel alone and I'm encouraged by everyone's victories. I'm Loving on me today. ::smiling::
