Walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes this morning using the preset workout. Then did 15 more minutes this afternoon set on 3 mph. It has arm glider things that look like your skiing, if you know what I mean. They are so handy to work these old arms out! The preset jumped up to 4 mph which with my short legs means I'm jogging... that lasted about 3 minutes then I had to slow it down to 3.5. Whew! Did the same yesterday, just didn't journal it.
