Pigged out all weekend. Still using up "nice things" we bought for Christmas. Just finding dieting so hard just now. Started back to the dancing yesterday, so that should push my calorie burning up. Need to try extra hard for the rest of the week.

I am with you there Jocko, I ended up throwing away some of my Christmas niceties, they were within plan, but higher in carb than I would normally eat, so I ended up with less food for my money. Had a clean start after new year with an empty fridge and now only have items that are within my normal eating regime in my fridge/cupboards.

When your food stash has gone and your ready to get back on track, the weight you gained (if any), will soon drop off again. Sometimes a change around helps :-) x
