Hmm not as down as I expected. Perhaps its hormonal. Which would explain my inability to keep off of carbs last week. On the upside these are very light pms symptoms.

Next week goals: aggressive 83, conservative 83.4
84.1 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
